This document sets out the terms and conditions between T3 Sixty and you when you register for any event or conference organized by T3 Sixty. By registering for an event or conference organized by T3 Sixty, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully.

1. Acceptance of Policies and Registration Conditions

The following T3 Sixty Registration Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to all T3 Sixty events, including but not limited to the T3 Leadership Summit, the T3 Technology Summit, the T3 Data Summit, and any T3 Sixty workshops or client events. Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions, you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions.

2. How We Will Use Your Information

T3 Sixty is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. Information on how T3 Sixty collects, processes, and uses your data is included in the T3 Sixty Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Additionally, by submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that T3 Sixty and its event partners may send you event-related information. A valid email address is required for all registrations.

T3 Sixty uses the personal data you provide in this registration for administering your participation in this event. This may include information about the event’s content, event logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the event.

T3 Sixty may disclose your personal data to third-party service providers engaged by T3 Sixty to assist in the conduct of the event. Information you provide when registering for or participating in an event managed or co-sponsored by parties other than or in addition to T3 Sixty may be shared with those parties, and the treatment of such information is further subject to the privacy policies of those parties. Except as described herein, T3 Sixty will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent except where required to do so by law.

3. Nondiscrimination Policy

T3 Sixty prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason—for example, because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

4. Event Conduct and Safety

T3 Sixty is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment to all participants, including staff and vendors, at T3 Sixty-related events. T3 Sixty has no tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying in any form at T3 Sixty-related events. Participants are expected to adhere to these principles and respect the rights of others.

What To Do If You Witness or are Subjected to Unacceptable Behavior: Participants should report any behavior inconsistent with these principles to onsite event staff. Event staff will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance.

You may also contact T3 Sixty directly to report a concern at events@t3sixty.com.

5. Liability Waiver & Release

In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the event, you hereby warrant and represent that you are age 21 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue T3 Sixty or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of T3 Sixty. This Liability Waiver and Release is specifically binding upon your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.

If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.

6. Registrations

By registering for an event organized by T3 Sixty, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Registration for each event is subject to the specific terms and timelines provided for that event. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms prior to registering. Your registration is considered complete only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from T3 Sixty.

7. Transfers

Transfers of event registrations to another individual are permitted, subject to the specific policies and deadlines outlined for each event. Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing to the T3 Sixty events team at events@t3sixty.com. Transfer requests must include the full name and contact information of the original registrant and the individual to whom the registration is being transferred. T3 Sixty reserves the right to approve or deny transfer requests at its sole discretion.

8. Refunds

Refund policies, including deadlines and any applicable fees, are clearly outlined for each event. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the T3 Sixty events team at events@t3sixty.com by the specified deadline for the event. Refunds will be processed according to the policy specific to the event for which you have registered. T3 Sixty will not process refunds for requests made after the deadline, and no refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made outside of the specified refund policy.

By registering for an event organized by T3 Sixty, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these registration, transfer, and refund terms. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in forfeiture of registration fees and denial of access to the event.

9. Service as a Speaker

All terms outlined in this agreement will apply equally to speakers as well. Additionally, if you agree to speak at a T3 Sixty sponsored event, we may share your biographical information with event attendees. Sometimes we may also request a photograph. In other cases, we post on the respective event website information such as your name, employer, as well as a link to your company website and/or professional LinkedIn page available to the public.

10. Badge Scanning & Tracking During the Event

T3 Sixty event co-sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties may directly request your personal information at their exhibit booths or presentations. Providing your information to them is optional, and you should review their privacy policies to address your particular needs and concerns about how they will treat your personal information. Please understand and agree that when you present your badge for scanning or when you provide personal data, that information will go to a non-T3 Sixty entity and T3 Sixty takes no responsibility for how that company uses your personal information.

Also, you understand and acknowledge that T3 Sixty may use bluetooth tracking in order to record which sessions you attended or which locations you spent time in while inside the conference venue. T3 Sixty will not (and cannot) record location information while you’re outside of the physical event venue. Any data collected may be shared with 3rd party sponsors, exhibitors, and partners of our event.

11. Usage of Photographic and Video Material Taken

To comply with global data privacy laws, T3 Sixty imposes certain restrictions on the use of multimedia at its events (e.g. photography, video, audio, online streaming, and all future mediums). An attendee is permitted to use hand-held cameras and/or smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

T3 Sixty may hire professional service providers (photo/video/streaming/audio) to document and display the event experience. T3 Sixty may also use social media (e.g. Twitter) to: (i) post real-time photos and videos to its social media feeds; and (ii) display select submissions from those feeds on monitors throughout the event venue. Attendees and sponsors are encouraged to capture their event experiences and post their own social content from the event (text, photos, audio, video, streaming), provided it does not infringe upon the rights of any attendee, sponsor, third party, or T3 Sixty. Such infringement would include, but is not limited to, defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights. In the event an attendee requires a release or permission to protect the rights of a third party, obtaining such a release or permission shall be the sole responsibility of the attendee.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) T3 Sixty may edit and use footage it captures at the event for marketing and promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and (b) due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, T3 Sixty disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

13. Force Majeure

T3 Sixty shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure results from circumstances beyond T3 Sixty’s reasonable control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters (including flooding, earthquakes, and hurricanes), war, terrorism, civil or military disturbances, governmental regulations, strikes or labor disputes, public health emergencies (including epidemics and pandemics), power outages, and failure or interruption of public or private telecommunications networks.

If such force majeure circumstances arise, T3 Sixty will use reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as practicable and will work to reschedule the event or provide alternative arrangements. Suppose the event cannot be rescheduled or alternative arrangements cannot be made. In that case, T3 Sixty may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund of registration fees, or issue a credit for a future event.

14. Venue Failure to Perform

Additionally, T3 Sixty shall not be held responsible for any failure of the event venue to perform its obligations, including but not limited to, the unavailability of the venue due to acts of God, flooding, structural failure, loss of power, or any other cause that renders the venue unsuitable or unsafe for the event. In such cases, T3 Sixty will make reasonable efforts to secure an alternative venue or reschedule the event. Should an alternative venue or rescheduled date not be feasible, T3 Sixty may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund of registration fees, or issue a credit for a future event.

Registering for an event organized by T3 Sixty means acknowledging and agreeing to these force majeure provisions. You waive any claim for damages or compensation against T3 Sixty for any failure to perform due to force majeure circumstances or venue failure to perform.

15. Indemnification

I recognize that risk is involved in the types of activities offered by T3 Sixty. I accept any financial responsibility for any injury that I may cause to myself or any other member or individual due to my negligence or misconduct. Should the parties above, or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to reimburse them for such fees and costs. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless T3 Sixty, their principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and property damage that may result from my negligence, willful misconduct, or omission while participating in activities offered by T3 Sixty.

No refund or other remedy will be provided under any circumstances, including, without limitation, if the holder is ejected or refused entry due to disorderly conduct or failure to comply with these terms, any security policies, or any terms and/or rules imposed by the Event premises or by T3 Sixty, as applicable. I will not be entitled to any damages, including, but not limited to consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages. All ticket purchases are non-transferable, except if given prior written permission by a member of the T3 Sixty team.

T3 Sixty may provide information about certain third-party service providers (each, a “Provider”). I acknowledge I am subject to the rules, regulations, terms of service, and/or related agreements of the Event premises and any and all such Providers. You acknowledge and agree that T3 Sixty is not responsible for any third-party products or services offered by any Provider (“Services”). The Services are made available exclusively by each Provider, and T3 Sixty is not responsible for the performance of the Services and does not make any representations about the Services. I acknowledge that T3 Sixty accepts no responsibility for any damage and/or delay due to a Provider’s cancellations, shortages, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, as well as any quarantine, government restraints, inclement weather, or force majeure events beyond T3 Sixty’s control.

I agree that T3 Sixty’s liability for loss or damage to me shall be limited to the price I paid for (a) my ticket, or (b) the services I received at the Event. I acknowledge that I will not be entitled to consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages.
